Sewing Up Memories

So I'm taking a few deceased family members' clothing and sewing them into new things like pillows, I want to make a teddy bear or some sort of stiffed animal but I need a pattern made to do this, would anyone be willing to help in this endeavor? Anything would be appreciated. Or even suggestions on things to make or tips on doing this. Thank you.
